Catwalk Chaos

I love it when models get pushed into a ball pit. Reminds me of my childhood.

Ashlee almost had a nip-slip...after the nose fiasco, what other things could she have possibly fixed??

Yeah, its a slow day for me.

Hilary Duff has fabulous jeans

That was sarcastic.

Avril has a nose job?

This isn't as obvious as Ashley's non-confirmed but obvious tweak, but apparently Avril Lavigne has something done. I thought Ford Models were supposed to be as natural as possible?

The Angry British

The Sun had a report on Americans seeking British asylum. The gist of the article is this:
"AMERICANS are claiming asylum in Britain, immigration whistleblower Rory Clarke has revealed. He said US citizens claim racial discrimination to qualify immediately for housing, healthcare and £35 a week in benefits. Readers were disgusted by the scandal."
One reader wrote:
DO we really need American bums over here claiming asylum? Our elderly have to struggle on the pittance called basic pension but this could be increased dramatically if the Government didn’t waste resources on bogus asylum claimants.Let us look after our own and halt this free-for-all policy
With all the angry letters written in, imagine how the British would react if they had 11 million illegal immigrants. Thoughts?

The Green Conspiracy

TMZ has an interesting expose on the so-called go-green celebrities. Note to everyone: Do what you preach. Here's an example from TMZ:

Julia Roberts
On the ground: Roberts drives a Prius, which gets (at best) 60 miles to the gallon, shaving 30 miles off a normal car's m.p.g.
In the air: Chicago/LA, 1,749 miles in a private jet, the route she took with Rupert Everett while shooting "My Best Friend's Wedding."
Gas guzzled: 2,100 gallons of jet fuel.
Prius Penance: Julia would have to drive 30,000 miles, or roughly once around the earth and then some to even out her consumption in the air.

Hmm...I wonder what John Stuart Mills would say.

Glasses=Not Hetero?

According to this girl, if you wear glasses and apply to the following conditions, you may not be straight:
A Hip-Hop Girl (Female, Los Angeles, Who Cares?) asked:

If a 17 year old senior in high school, had these characteristics would you think he was gay?:

- he talks in a high pitched voice
- he loves clothes and fashion(works at JC Penny)
- claims he is not gay
- he eats alot
- doesn't play any type of sports
- thin, tall
- has mostly female friends maybe 4 or 5 guy friends
- doesn't flip his wrist or talk with a slur or lisp, but is very touchy feely with women
- wears glasses
- short hair cut, almost bald
- doesn't wear jewelry; only a necklace that some family member he is really close to gave him
- claims he is not a virgin and has been sexually involved with 2 women

Would you call him a homosexual, a by-sexual or a transexual?

Video of the Day: Fashion Flashbacks

Oh yeah..Saved by the Bell. This confuses me though, one episode showed Kelly in the Glee Club and people laughed at her because she couldn't sing? But apparently she had her vocal chords "fixed". But you've gotta love the high cut sportswear..

Book of the Month

Some people may find Anna Wintour evil ...but I think she's a genuis. My new favorite book of the month (okay, okay, coffeetable "book"):

In Vogue: The Illustrated History of the World's Most Famous Fashion Magazine

It's a little pricey, but its considered chump change for those of you who love to devour books, those who are aspiring fashionistas and those who are already fashionistas. It's $75, but no price is too little if you are the fashion type that splurges on those $500 Louboutins or $400 Manolos. Yeah..I love it even though I'm poor. Gimme money! GRRRR!! I need a new Alberta Ferretti dress.
